Terms Of Reference

1. Event: Live At Hove Park 2026 – hereafter referred to as; "LAHP", "The Event"
   1. These Terms specifically apply to:
      1. Saturday 05/09/26 – Show Day 1, headlined by Levellers, with The Meffs, Brakes, Kid Kapichi and Sleeper
      2. Sunday 06/09/26 – Show Day 2, headlined by Passenger, with Chris Simmons, BER, John Smith and The Staves
2. Promoter / Owner / Organiser: Joy Concerts Ltd and its respective representatives, employees and sub-contractors – hereafter referred to as; "We", "Our", and "Us". "The Organisers"
3. Venue – Hove Park, Goldstone Crescent, Hove, BN3 6BG. As defined by the licensed footprint, fenced by a Heras perimeter within Hove Park, and the site plans forming part of the event's Safety Advisory Group submission – hereafter referred to as; "The Event Site", "Venue"
4. Who these Terms apply to: Ticket Holders and those who are at the event – hereafter referred to as; "You", "Ticket Holder", "Customer", "Individual", "Group"
5. Terms: Terms & Conditions of Entry – hereafter referred to as; "These T&Cs", "The T&Cs"
6. Date: These Terms & Conditions of Entry were updated on and take effect from; 21 August 2026.

General

7. These T&Cs incorporate, and should be read in conjunction with, any ticket vendor's and / or ticket agent's terms or rules, which you can obtain from the vendor / agent you purchased your tickets from. Your purchase and / or possession of a ticket constitutes your acceptance of these T&Cs.
8. These T&Cs apply to all individuals and groups who wish to gain access to or are present at the event site. This includes (but not limited to) paying ticket holders, complimentary / guestlist ticket holders, artists / performers and working personnel.
9. Working Personnel (including artists / performers) who are in possession of working accreditation must abide by these T&Cs, in addition to the "Hove Park Concerts 2026 Accreditation Terms & Conditions". Copies of which are available on the Accreditation System and from the onsite Accreditation Office.
10. These T&Cs are governed by English Law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these T&Cs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
11. If any of these T&Cs are unclear, please contact the Organisers.
12. We reserve the right to make alterations to the time, date, duration, and venue of the event in the event of unforeseen or other circumstances, including (but without limitation) Force Majeure, safety and security concerns or decisions from authorised persons or other competent authority.
13. The advertised artist / performer line-up, running order, attractions and facilities are subject to change at any time without notice.

15. Complaints & Feedback
    1. If before or during the Event you have a complaint in relation to the Event, please contact the Organiser or a member of event staff promptly since complaints are difficult to deal with after the Event.

Amendments To These Terms & Conditions Of Entry

16. We reserve the right to add to or amend these T&Cs.
17. Amendments will take effect from the date stated in Item 6 of the updated version of these T&Cs.
18. We will notify you of amended versions of these T&Cs by posting them on our website. Please check regularly for amendments to ensure you have the latest event information.
19. If you purchase a ticket and there is a subsequent amendment to these T&Cs, you agree to be bound by the updated versions.

Accessibility

20. Please contact us in advance of the event to discuss your requirements, as accessible spaces are limited and are likely to sell out in advance.
21. Information & Contacts – Accessible information is published on the official LAHP website ahead of the event, including ticket information, the accessible route, facilities, and a contact for queries;

22. The event is held on a greenfield park site and open-air. We cannot guarantee protection from the weather or the ability to access all areas of the event.
23. Assistance Dogs are permitted within the event site;
    1. Assistance Dogs must be kept on a lead whilst within the event site.
    2. It is the responsibility of the owner to clean up after the assistance dog.
    3. The Event will be busy and noisy – please consider the welfare of the assistance dog.
24. Wheelchair and accessible tickets;
    1. Fifteen (15) spaces are available on a dedicated raised wheelchair viewing platform within the audience area. Each space includes a complimentary companion ("Plus-One") ticket for a personal assistant or carer.
    2. Ten (10) "Bring-Your-Own-Chair" (BYO) tickets are available for audience members who use their own manual or powered wheelchair and prefer to be within the standard audience standing area. Each BYO ticket also includes a complimentary Plus-One companion ticket. We have chairs available in this area too for accessible customers.
    3. Booking is via AXS. Accessible bookings are handled with assistance from the ticketing team to confirm requirements and companion details before issue.
    4. Companion (Plus-One) tickets are non-transferable from the ticket holder they are issued with.
    5. Though we do our best to accommodate everyone, due to limited capacity, accessible viewing access cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us if you have accessibility requirements to discuss on info@liveathovepark.com.
25. Accessible route and on-site movement;
    1. A step-free hard-standing path runs from the designated accessible entry point to the wheelchair platform and BYO area.
    2. There is no accessible parking at the site.
    3. Security are briefed on the accessible route and positioned to assist with wayfinding and to keep the route clear of obstructions throughout licensed hours.
26. Accessible facilities;
    1. Accessible toilets are provided close to the accessible audience area, to industry standard ratios for the licensed capacity.
    2. The accessible viewing platform has a clear sightline to the stage and is staffed during show times.
    3. Free drinking water is available from drinking points throughout licensed hours.
27. Camping chairs are permitted at the event, but not provided for general customers.

Parking

28. Parking;
    1. There is no parking available for customers at the venue, including no accessible / Blue Badge parking on site.
    2. It is the ticket holder's responsibility to make appropriate travel arrangements and plan their journey to and from the event.
    3. Parking is at your own risk. We will not be held liable for any loss, injuries or damages to motor vehicles if the cause is due to the negligence of the ticket holder or the unforeseeable actions of other patrons or third parties.

Accommodation

29. There is no onsite accommodation available for this event.
30. No overnight stay is permitted within the event site.

Activities & Attractions

31. Additional stalls, bars, catering and merchandise concessions may be operating at the event.
32. Where these are operated by a third party, the Organiser of HPC is not liable and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage caused by an individual's use or engagement with them.
33. Third-party stalls and concessions will have their own refund policy. The Organiser of HPC cannot assist with or is liable for refunds or compensation relating to them.

Age Restrictions & Identification

35. We reserve the right to request photographic ID from you on entry, while in the event site or on exit;
    1. Accepted ID includes; valid in date photographic driving licence, a passport, or a Citizen Card with approved hologram. Photocopies and Proof of Age Cards will not be accepted.
    2. If you cannot provide ID that is valid and in date, you will be refused entry into the Event or ejected from the event site.
35. Age verification is carried out by security at the Ticket Check and Search Area. Anyone appearing under 18 is asked for photographic identification.
36. General Admission Entry Tickets;
    1. Strictly 14+. No entry will be granted to those aged Under 14.
    2. Those aged 14–17 will only be permitted entry if in possession of a valid ticket and accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over who is also in possession of a valid ticket.
    3. Ticket holders aged under 18 are issued a distinct wristband on entry, in addition to any general entry wristband.
37. Under 18's;
    1. It is the ticket holder's responsibility to check age restrictions prior to purchasing tickets for those aged Under 18. Refunds cannot be arranged for incorrectly purchased tickets.
    2. We do not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care or liability for any Under 18's on site.
    3. Intoxicated adults aged 18 or over who are responsible for Under 18's will be refused admission. The Police will be called if there are concerns regarding duty of care of the Under 18.
    4. Where Under 18's are permitted entry, they must remain accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over while at the event.
38. Alcohol;
    1. Alcohol can only be purchased and consumed by those aged 18 or over.
    2. Proxy Sales – Any individual found to be purchasing alcohol for another individual aged under 18 will be ejected from the event site.
    3. Challenge 25 is in operation at every bar, regardless of the above. Any customer who appears under 25 is asked for ID.
    4. Accepted ID includes; valid in date photographic driving licence, a passport, or a Citizen Card with approved hologram. Photocopies and Proof of Age Cards will not be accepted.
    5. If you cannot provide ID that is valid and in date, you will be refused sales of alcohol at the event site.

Communicable Diseases

39. You must follow any, and all, government guidelines regarding communicable diseases (which may be updated from time to time).
40. You understand that we have the right, at our complete discretion, to;
    1. Refuse entry to any attendee who we reasonably believe may display symptoms of a communicable disease or who may not have followed relevant Government guidelines or our guidelines or entry requirements.
    2. Require that any attendee leaves the Event where we reasonably believe that they may not be complying with these terms or any of our or relevant Government guidelines in force in relation to communicable diseases.
41. You understand that there are risks associated with attending any gathering (including the Event). We will take reasonable steps to comply with any relevant guidance intended to reduce the spread of communicable diseases; however, we cannot be responsible for the behaviour or health of other Event attendees and will not be responsible if you catch a communicable disease at the Event.
42. You understand and accept that you will be attending the Event and using any facilities on-site at your own risk.

Health & Safety

43. Admission is at the ticket holder's own risk. The Organisers and Premises Licence Holder will not be held liable for any loss, injuries or damages sustained at the event, including damage, theft or losses to individuals, property and motor vehicles, if the cause is due to the negligence of the ticket holder or the unforeseeable actions of other patrons or third parties.
44. Any personal property brought to the Event is at your own risk.
45. Fires and the burning of any materials is not permitted anywhere on the Event site.
46. Exposure to loud and excessive music may be damaging to your hearing. Attendees are kept a safe distance from loudspeakers where practicable.
47. Pyrotechnics, lasers, smoke machines, strobe lighting and special effects may take place during some performances.
48. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is only permitted in designated smoking areas. Please follow event signage; failure to comply will result in ejection from the event site.
49. We do not condone the excessive consumption of alcohol or the possession or use of illegal substances. Please drink and act responsibly. Medical and welfare support is available on site without judgement.

Local Community

50. You must respect the neighbouring residents, businesses and other members of the public by arriving to and leaving the event quietly and calmly.
51. To protect the environment, you must use the bins and recycling points provided.
52. Through a resident letter, notification is issued to the streets surrounding Hove Park in advance of the build. A dedicated community helpline operates for the duration of the event.
53. A resident discount ticket scheme is in operation for residents within the notified area around Hove Park; please use the details in the resident letter you would have received.

Media, Filming & Photography

55. By entering the event site, you;
    1. Consent to being filmed, photographed, and recorded.
    2. Grant the Event consent to include your actual / simulated likeness for no fee within any publicity, marketing, or promotional materials including, but not limited to; television, feature films, radio, webcast, and other public broadcast and / or for any video / DVD.
56. Photography and filming for professional or commercial purposes;
    1. Can only be undertaken at the event with the prior written approval and official Event accreditation from the Organiser.
    2. Equipment deemed professional or commercial is only permitted within the event site with the prior written approval and official Event accreditation from the Organiser.
57. Photography and filming for personal use;
    1. Is permitted with non-professional or non-commercial equipment.
    2. It must be undertaken respectfully and in accordance with data protection law.
    3. You must not sell any photography or moving images from the Event for commercial or other gain.
58. Photography and filming is restricted or prohibited in sensitive areas including welfare and medical centres, entry gates, search areas, security compounds and all backstage areas.
59. Drones and other Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) may not be operated, flown or launched from within or over the event site by any unauthorised individual, broadcaster or company. Authorisation can only be granted by Event Control.

Privacy

60. When purchasing your ticket, you will be required to provide personal details to facilitate the transaction and delivery.
61. You may need to supply personal data when visiting our onsite services including (but not limited to); Ejections, Enhanced Search, Lost Property, Medical and Welfare.

Refunds

63. All tickets are non-refundable except if the event is cancelled or postponed.
64. Refunds are only considered if the Event is;
    1. Cancelled in full and not rescheduled (if the Event is partially cancelled your refund will be a proportionate partial refund).
    2. Materially altered which is a change (other than a rescheduling) which, in our opinion, makes the Event materially different to the Event that ticket purchasers, taken generally, could reasonably expect. The following are not deemed to be 'material alterations';
       1. Changes to the Event line-up or running order
       2. Adverse weather conditions that do not lead to the event being cancelled
       3. Changes to individual band / performer members
       4. Curtailment of the Event where the majority of the Event is performed
       5. Delays to starting a performance or the Event
65. In the event of postponement before it has started, and where it is rescheduled to another date, the ticket holder may elect to either use the existing ticket for the rescheduled date or apply for a refund;
    1. Refunds under these circumstances must be applied for within 7 days of the date of cancellation / postponement via your ticket agent.
    2. Any refund requests must be made by the original purchaser of the ticket.
66. Refunds of any booking fees per ticket or per order fees are subject to the terms and conditions of the point of sale.
67. Personal arrangements relating to the Event including, but not limited to, travel, subsistence and accommodation are at your own risk, and we shall not be liable for any losses incurred from personal arrangements beyond the ticket refund.

Searches And Prohibited Items

68. For the security, safety and comfort of all guests & staff, Security searches will be in operation at the event;
    1. No bags larger than A4. Bags are searched on entry. No food or drink may be brought onto the site; glass and outside alcohol are removed at the gate and there is no decanting.
    2. Searches will be at the discretion of security, event management or the Police, and may be carried out on entry, while in the event site, or on exit.
    3. At the entry gates, refusal to be searched will result in entry into the event site being denied. Within the event site, refusal to be searched will result in ejection from the event site.
    4. An Amnesty opportunity to give up prohibited items prior to search will be in place. Once passed, any person found in possession of prohibited items may be refused entry or ejected from the event site. Prohibited Items will be confiscated and disposed of.
69. For the security, safety and comfort of all guests & staff, the Organisers reserve the right to confiscate items and dispose of them;
    1. Prohibited items include (but are not limited to);
       1. Aerosols & perfume
       2. Airhorns, klaxons & megaphones
       3. Alcohol brought from outside the event
       4. Animals, except assistance dogs
       5. Large bags, rucksacks and suitcases; no bags larger than A4 in size (approx 30 x 20 x 10cm is acceptable)
       6. Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, roller blades and hover boards
       7. Cameras, film and video equipment deemed to be for professional or commercial use
       8. Beanbags, and inflatable chairs (outside the accessible BYO wheelchair provision)
       9. Camping equipment, gazebos and generators
       10. Chinese lanterns
       11. Cigarettes, tobacco and cigars deemed to be above an amount for personal consumption (e-cigarettes and vapes for personal consumption are allowed)
       12. Drones & other Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs)
       13. Fancy dress and masks that fully cover the face, motorcycle helmets and balaclavas
       14. Firewood, BBQs, cooking stoves and liquid fuels
       15. Flags, banners and poles (maximum pole size is 50cm)
       16. Flares, fireworks, candles, pyrotechnics, smoke bombs / canisters
       17. Food and drink of any kind, including sweets / snacks, soft drinks and water outside of the permitted allowance. Those with medical requirements for food, electrolytes or similar should contact info@liveathovepark.com
       18. Glass of any kind including bottles and mirrors
       19. Goods for unauthorised trading, promotional or commercial activity
       20. Goods with unauthorised event or artist logos
       21. Hi-visibility jackets, bibs and tabards
       22. Illegal, new psychoactive and unidentifiable substances, including paraphernalia and Nitrous Oxide
       23. Items with logos, words, icons and / or imagery that could be deemed offensive
       24. Lasers and laser pens
       25. Marketing or solicitation materials that are unauthorised
       26. Medication that is unidentifiable or tampered with (prescribed medication must be declared at the search and entry points, in its original packaging, with a copy of the prescription in the ticket holder's own name)
       27. Musical instruments
       28. Personal motorised vehicles (non-mobility scooters)
       29. Hampers and cool bags / boxes
       30. Projectiles including catapults, frisbees and balls
       31. Radio communication devices, recording or transmitting devices
       32. Signs or materials displaying discriminatory, derogatory, or offensive messages, slogans or images
       33. Sound systems & personal speakers
       34. Spray cans
       35. Tools including penknives, multi-tools, blowtorches, ladders, hammers and screwdrivers
       36. Umbrellas (small folding umbrellas are permitted)
       37. Weapons or items that can reasonably be considered for use as one
    2. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Prohibited Items list at its discretion.
    3. Confiscated Items will be disposed of. The Organisers are not responsible for the loss or damage of any confiscated items.
70. A Zero Tolerance Policy regarding the possession, use or sale of illegal drugs is in place at the event. Anyone found in possession of illegal, new psychoactive or unidentifiable substances or paraphernalia may be refused entry, ejected from site, or handed over to the Police.

Security

71. You must comply with all instructions provided by event staff, security and stewards. Failure to comply may result in ejection from the event site.
72. To facilitate the security, safety and comfort of all guests & staff, the Organisers and Premises Licence Holder reserve the right to refuse admission or evict from site any individual or group, including (but not limited to) for;
    1. Breach of these T&Cs
    2. Being in possession of a prohibited item
    3. Being intoxicated or showing signs of substance use
    4. Being under the permitted age of entry or failing to provide valid ID
    5. Exhibiting dangerous, disruptive, threatening or offensive behaviour towards other customers or staff, including homophobia, transphobia, racism or sexism
    6. Not being in possession of a permitted ticket, accreditation or wristband
    7. Refusing to be searched
    8. Attempting to gain re-entry having previously left the event
    9. Engaging in ticket touting or unauthorised ticket resale
73. If you are refused entry or evicted, your ticket will be void and any wristbands / accreditation will be removed. You are not permitted to re-enter, or attempt to re-enter, the event site for the duration of the 2026 event. The Ejections & Refusals Manager's decision is final, and you are not eligible for refunds or compensation.
74. We work with local Police for the purposes of safety, security, preservation of life, and the investigation of crime. Individuals suspected of a criminal offence, or found in possession of illegal items, will be handed to the Police, and we will assist with any Police investigation as legally required.
75. We reserve the right to ban individuals and groups from all our events, including those held at other venues, at our discretion.

Tickets & Accreditation

76. Tickets are scanned via AXS on entry. Authorised ticket agents for Live At Hove Park 2026 are AXS, See Tickets, Dice, Skiddle and Ticketmaster. Do not buy tickets from other third-party sources, as we cannot guarantee entry or ensure these tickets are genuine.
77. The Event is not responsible or liable for tickets sold through unofficial or unauthorised sellers.
78. Unless prior written permission from The Organiser has been obtained, tickets cannot be used as part of any competition, marketing or sales promotion, re-sold, or transferred, whether for commercial or non-commercial gain.
79. Tickets obtained in breach of these T&Cs shall be void. If you seek entry using a void ticket, we reserve the right to refuse you entry or eject you from the event site; void tickets are non-refundable.
80. Tickets are in the form of digital barcodes / QR codes and will be scanned upon entry; once scanned a ticket cannot be used again.
81. Tickets are only valid for the event, venue and date stated on the ticket. It is the ticket holder's responsibility to check the event details prior to purchasing.
82. Ticket holders should expect queues at the Ticket Check and Search Area and arrive with plenty of time before the first act they wish to see. No refunds will be given for acts missed.
83. Re-Entry;
    1. This is a no re-entry event. Access to the event site is via a single entrance and exit at the Ticket Check and Search Area. Once you leave the event site, you will not be readmitted.
84. No access will be permitted to restricted or upgrade areas unless in possession of a valid ticket, wristband or accreditation.

Timings

85. Saturday 5 September 2026 – Show Day 1: Doors 14:00 · The Meffs 15:10–15:50 · Brakes 16:20–17:00 · Kid Kapichi 17:30–18:10 · Sleeper 18:40–19:40 · Levellers 20:20–21:50 · Curfew 22:00.
86. Sunday 6 September 2026 – Show Day 2: Doors 14:00 · Chris Simmons 15:00–15:30 · BER 16:00–16:30 · John Smith 17:00–18:00 · The Staves 18:30–19:30 · Passenger 20:15–21:45 · Curfew 22:00.
87. Last entry is at 19:00 on both days. No admittance for Ticket Holders after this time.
88. The Ticket Check and Search Area opens at 14:00 unless Event Control opens it earlier. Entry will not be permitted until the site is ready for public access.
89. Performance / running order times are subject to change at any time without notice and do not affect the terms and conditions of your ticket purchase.

Trading & Payments

90. The event is completely cashless, including all food vendors, bars and concessions. Please ensure you have a valid payment card or mobile wallet with you.
91. Strictly no trading, promotional or other commercial activity will be allowed on the event site without the Organiser's prior written consent.
92. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for goods or services purchased from third party traders.

Travel

93. There is no parking available for customers at Hove Park. On-site parking is limited to essential operational and production vehicles only.
94. Public access to the event site is pedestrian only, through a single entrance and exit at the Ticket Check and Search Area.
95. It is the ticket holder's responsibility to make appropriate travel arrangements and plan their journey to and from the event; we strongly encourage travelling by public transport, walking or cycling.

Venue

96. The event is held on a public park and ground conditions are variable. Please ensure you have planned for the ground conditions and wear appropriate footwear.
97. The event is held open-air. Please ensure you have planned for the weather conditions and wear appropriate clothing.
98. The licensed footprint is a fenced area within Hove Park, enclosed by a Heras perimeter. The layout, including stage, audience areas, bars, medical, Event Control, gates and escape routes, is set out in the event's Site Plans.
99. Access to designated areas within the Event is subject to capacity restrictions and operates on a first-come first-served basis. We accept no liability and will not offer any Ticket refunds if a Ticket Holder is unable to attend a specific performance listed on the schedule.
